Harvard House Investment Management has three Collective Investment Schemes, broadening their offering to clients, and offering additional flexibility to meet client requirements:

  • Harvard House BCI General Equity Fund offers investors a long term growth portfolio, based on our tried and proven investment philosophy of growth at a reasonable price, with a focus on growing the income yield consistently over time.
  • Harvard House BCI Flexible Income Fund is a more conservative fund that offers investors primarily an income based portfolio with moderate capital growth over time. This fund is for those who require a regular income stream.
  • Harvard House BCI Property Fund offers investors a focused property investment that caters for those investors seeking income but also for growth in that income ahead of the prevailing inflation rate. It is suitable for retired investors or those seeking a less volatile investment than a general equity fund.

All funds are under the governance of the Financial Services Board of South Africa and regulated by the Collective Investment Schemes Act. They are white labelled products registered under the Boutique Collective Investments Schemes license.
