HR & Office Manager

Jenny joined the Harvard House Group in March 2014 as the HR Office Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day office management services of the Group including the human resource management. In her varied role she is also responsible for providing administrative leadership for the office and acting as liaison between the office and firm’s management to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Jenny has over 20 years of professional experience in administration with an emphasis on human resources, employee relations, recruiting and personnel development. She started her career in the Public Service immediately after high school as a Personnel Officer and worked her way up to Assistant Manager: Human Resource Management with the Department of Public Works.

She completed her National Diploma in Human Resources Management through Technikon SA in 1999 and is currently half way through her B Tech degree in Human Resources Management.

A dedicated and hardworking professional, Jenny believes that one must be the change you wish to see in the world. She is passionate about people development and service delivery. She considers honesty, integrity and kindness important as values to be guided by in both her personal and professional life.

Jenny, a former Howick resident, lives in Pietermaritzburg with her two young sons, who she enjoys spending her time with along with her family and friends.
