  • Harvard House BCI Flexible Income Fund is a more conservative fund that offers investors primarily an income-based portfolio with moderate capital growth over time. This fund is suitable for investors who are low-risk or who require a regular income stream.
  • Harvard House BCI Property Fund offers investors a focused property investment that caters to those investors seeking an income but also for growth in that income ahead of the prevailing inflation rate. It is suitable for retired investors or those seeking a less volatile investment than a general equity fund.
